在文【首爾半導體專利調查與對台LED廠商潛在威脅剖析】，我們彙整日亞化學（Nichia）與首爾半導體（Seoul Semiconductor）相關訴訟。半年過去了，我們進一步更新相關戰事進展，繼續全球專利訴訟情報追蹤。
自2006年一月開始，日亞化學與首爾半導體分別在美國北加州、美國東德州、美國ITC、日本大阪、日本東京、韓國首爾、英國與德國啟動訴訟戰爭，爭議專利與產品如表一所示。第一戰，顯然日亞化學已經勝利，但損害賠償金金額未定，估計應少於美金250萬。近期，日亞化學將焦點集中在日本、英國與德國，其中德國與英國焦點均集中在首爾半導體主力照明產品Acriche系列。關於Acriche系列產品規格與說明如表二所示。
觀察日亞化學對首爾半導體專利訴訟攻勢，推測主要策略如下：
- 往白光照明領域進展。首爾半導體Acriche系列曾獲得大獎，在全世界反應也不錯，顯然，Acriche系列應是日亞化學的下一目標。
- 訴訟從美國與亞洲開始，延伸到歐洲。推測其一原因為Acriche系列在歐洲反映不錯，另一原因當然是擴大與首爾半導體之戰線。
- 同一國家多件訴訟。除在韓國兩件訴訟同時進行外，今年四月也增加在日本東京訴訟，產品線主要針對Chip LED系列產品。Chip LED系列產品說明與規格如表三所示。
- 涵蓋多元產品。從早期用於LCD背光模組之902系列，一直到涵蓋Acriche系列、Chip LED系列與Z-Power系列。Z-Power LED P9產品說明與規格如表四所示。
最後，日亞化學與首爾半導體的全球戰局與進展，值得台灣LED上、中、下游廠商進一步觀察。往後，我們再進一步討論此主題。

Acriche is environmentally friendly however an incandescent electric lamp and a fluorescent lamp contains harmful material like mercury and lead.
